CASA ALTRA

The Unternehmerstadt building in Düsseldorf is practically a showroom for die developer.
The third of our building projects there is the CASA ALTRA, a modern office block featuring the outstanding architecture of internationally renowned architect firm Mario Bellini from Milan. The building’s shape defies classic rules and expectations.

Outwardly, it doesn’t seem to have any right angles.
The metal façades are sloping and chamfered, while the glass element provides an additional disturbance, breaking up the regularity of the façade like a foreign body. Just like the Lighthouse and Double U projects, special emphasis was placed on sustainability for CASA ALTRA as well.
